These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solushun.ai, an AI-powered EdTech platform accessible at solushun.online, operated as a sole proprietorship in India. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About the Service

Solushun.ai is an AI-powered academic problem-solving platform designed exclusively for educational use. It provides step-by-step solutions in subjects including mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and language grammar. The platform is operated as an EdTech / online education service and is not a financial product, gaming service, or subscription software.

AI solutions are generated by third-party AI models and are provided for educational assistance only. Solushun.ai is not a substitute for formal education, tutoring, or professional academic advice. Solutions may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for verifying answers before use in exams or assignments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Solushun.ai. If you are under 18, you confirm parental or guardian consent. You must be a resident of India or accessing the platform from India for the payment services to apply.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining your password confidentiality and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@solushun.online if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not create multiple accounts to exploit free allowances.

4. Prepaid Service Credits — How They Work

The platform operates a prepaid service credit system governed by the following rules:

• Credits are purchased in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay (RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator)
• Minimum recharge: ₹50  ·  Rate: ₹1 = 2 credits  ·  Cost: ₹0.50 per question
• Credits are prepaid service tokens redeemable exclusively on Solushun.ai for AI-generated academic solutions
• Credits cannot be converted to cash, transferred to another account, sold, traded, or exchanged for any physical or digital goods outside this platform
• Credits are not cryptocurrency, virtual currency, NFTs, or any regulated financial instrument
• Credits are not redeemable for monetary value under any circumstances
• Credits do not expire as long as your account is active and in good standing
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations

All pricing is in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change credit pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Solushun.ai only for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit non-academic questions (the platform is restricted to academic subjects only)
• Attempt to circumvent academic question filters
• Use the platform to facilitate academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's rules
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit solutions generated
• Upload offensive, illegal, or non-academic image content
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the platform
• Create fake accounts or abuse the free question allowance

6. Free Tier

All registered users receive 3 free academic questions per day at no charge. Free tier questions reset daily at midnight IST. Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Paid credit users are ad-free.

7. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms and Conditions. Solushun.ai does not store your card or UPI details. For payment disputes, contact us at support@solushun.online with your Razorpay Payment ID.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: full refunds are available for failed or duplicate payments. Used credits are non-refundable as the service has been delivered. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

9. AI-Generated Content

Solutions are AI-generated and may contain errors. We make no warranty that solutions are correct, complete, or suitable for your specific examination or curriculum. You accept full responsibility for how you use the solutions provided. The AI is instructed to refuse non-academic questions, but may occasionally respond to borderline queries.

10. Intellectual Property

The Solushun.ai platform, brand, design, and code are owned by Solushun.ai and protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without written permission. Questions you submit remain your own. AI-generated solutions are provided for personal educational use only and may not be commercialised.

11. Advertisements

Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control ad content. Paid credit users receive an ad-free experience automatically.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the credit or free question system, submit illegal content, or conduct fraudulent payment activity. Upon termination for violations, unused credits are forfeited. Termination due to our error will result in a proportionate refund of unused credits.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Solushun.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that solutions will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solushun.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of marks or academic penalties resulting from reliance on AI-generated solutions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before litigation. For consumer complaints, you may also approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
