This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of prepaid service credits on Solushun.ai (solushun.online), an EdTech platform operated in India. Payments are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator. By making a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of the Product

Solushun.ai sells prepaid service credits โ€” digital tokens that are redeemable exclusively for AI-generated academic problem solutions on this platform. These credits:

  • Are not cryptocurrency, virtual currency, or any financial instrument
  • Cannot be converted to cash or transferred to any other account
  • Cannot be exchanged for goods or services outside this platform
  • Represent prepayment for a specific digital educational service

Once credits are consumed to generate AI solutions, the service has been fully delivered and those credits are non-refundable. This is consistent with the nature of digital services under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

2. Cancellation Policy

As this is a digital service platform, there is no cancellation period after a credit purchase is completed and credits are added to your account. Credits are available for use immediately upon successful payment. If you wish to cancel a payment before it is completed, you may close the Razorpay payment window before confirming โ€” in this case, no charge will be made.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

3.1 Credits Not Received
Payment was debited but credits were not added to your account within 30 minutes. Email us with your Razorpay Payment ID โ€” we will resolve within 4 hours.
3.2 Duplicate / Double Payment
You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error. We will refund the duplicate charge in full within 2 business days.
3.3 Payment Gateway Error
A technical error on our end or Razorpay's end resulted in an incorrect charge. Full refund will be issued.
3.4 Platform Unavailability
Solushun.ai is completely inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours and you have unused credits. We will issue a proportionate refund upon request.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits already used to generate AI solutions (service delivered)
  • Change of mind after credits are successfully added to your account
  • Dissatisfaction with a specific AI-generated answer (you may re-ask with more detail)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Use violations
  • Failure to use credits before voluntary account deletion
  • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the payment date (except unresolved payment failures)

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@solushun.online with subject line "Refund Request โ€” [Payment ID]" including:

  • Your registered email address
  • Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) โ€” found in your Payment History
  • Amount paid and date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

You may also submit via our Contact Form selecting "Refund Request" as the subject.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Refund timelines after initiation are governed by your bank's processing schedule, which is outside our control.

7. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation. Razorpay and the issuing bank will be provided evidence of the completed transaction.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection laws. If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.

Note: Once a refund is initiated from our side, processing timelines are governed by Razorpay and your bank โ€” outside our control. We will provide you a refund confirmation with reference number once initiated.
